PEMAC Assets – Offering enhanced form design & contractor management

A Paperless Forms product is also integrated across the CMMS with the ability to stand alone in departments outside of the main engineering and maintenance functions.

From speaking with clients over the last few weeks and understanding the new or heightened challenges they are facing, PEMAC has been able to support with existing functionality or features already existing in our product.

PAPERLESS FORMS SOFTWARE – 

This software allows you to remove paper and the requirement for hard signatures from all processes - maintaining approval chains while many staff are working from home. Forms can be designed to suit your business requirements, plus as they are available on a web interface and mobile there are no concerns with staff access while working from home.

Many of our clients have increased their use of this software and created new Site access forms tracking people as they enter their premises and recording relevant details particularly relevant to COVID 19 and contact tracing.

CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT & PERMITS – 

Most of us are working with tighter controls now and it is imperative to track who is on site, their full contact details and when and where they operated. PEMAC Assets Contractor Management module streamlines this process and links the information directly to the CMMS and Work Orders.

These are the main challenges we are helping with right now. We’re also seeing customers benefit by using our Resource Planners and Stock Forecasting functionality - enhancing Job and Work Order planning as delivery times are lengthened. PEMAC Assets also contains live reporting bringing preventive or predictive maintenance plans to reality – crucial in the environment we are operating in now.
