Multi-site CMMS adoption across Kingspan Group

A CMMS has enabled Kingspan to standardise work orders, optimise inventory, and enhance downtime analysis, improving maintenance efficiency and safety compliance. Now used across 20+ company plants worldwide, the system has significantly boosted productivity while reducing costs

ADVANCED INSULATION and building envelope solutions manufacturer Kingspan faced challenges in managing its maintenance activities and tracking asset performance. The company needed a comprehensive Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that could be rolled out to a large workforce across multiple plants globally.

PEMAC worked closely with Kingspan to implement its best-in-class PEMAC ASSETS CMMS software and provide training to ensure the software was utilised effectively. PEMAC delivered the following solution to Kingspan:
