Latest video borescope boosts flexibilty

Users can now work more flexibly with the unit, and the interconnectivity enables them to have one video screen with a variety of insertion tubes – further reducing the investment costs when more than one borescope may be required.

Customers who need very small, light weight and portable visual inspection equipment will enjoy the ergonomic user interface, touch screen operation and precise camera control. Easy to adjust, and completely removable if required, the 5.7in touch screen can be tilted to adjust for best viewing angle and is integrated inside a light-weight robust carbon fibre housing. Connected to the insertion tube via a flexible cable, the display module can be positioned remotely for optimum viewing

A life-time warranty high power LED light source provides excellent illumination to the scene. The camera head can be remotely articulated through 360°.

Originally designed as a 6mm dia. unit with 4 way articulation, available from 2.2m to 6.6m, the range has been enhanced with a similar 4mm dia. insertion tube option, again with 4 way articulation – in both cases a full set of tip adapters to enable close up and side view inspection are available.

The high-quality, crisp image is displayed for evaluation and captured digitally as JPEG or digital video onto SD card. Text comments can be edited without covering any of the valuable image information and recorded using a fully featured touch keyboard.

While all functions are accessible on the touch screen interface, the most frequently needed are also available as direct access buttons under the users finger-tip – making inspection fast and intuitive 

The system and all its accessories are stored in a slim, tailor-made transport case, with room for additional insertion tubes, spare batteries and charges and all the tip adapters required.
