Sold at a fixed price, whatever the size of generator, the Powercare contracts include all call-outs, mileage, technical support and a rapid response to 'red alert' calls. The only extras are consumables and spare parts.
Deviating from the industry's normal pricing practice that is based on the size of the generator, with mileage, call-out and labour charged as extras,Merlin Power Management's fixed price contract not only simplifies the customer's administration but also ensures they receive no hidden costs. The all-inone 'fixed-cost' package also enables customers to budget their generator servicing 12 months in advance.
