Banner packing challenge solved
03 December 2018
LP Displays is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of POS and printed signage. Responding to a request for a new presentation LP chose square Jetbox packaging. The challenge was to transport high quality banners so that they were well protected, easy to open and the outer container be reusable.

Traditionally, spirally wound mailing tubes would be used for this application however these are difficult to handle and store.
The standard size 64mm x 64mm Jetbox are packed flat, with the tubes cut to length and processed within 7 days.
Jetbox is made using Korsnas board – this is FSC and can be Kraft or white. With minimum quantities of 500 pieces and a fast delivery time the packaging is said to offer an economic solution for small and medium tube requirements.
