Lubricants specialist ROCOL, part of multinational group ITW, has launched its new website (www.rocol.com).

Working with customers, industrial engineers and web development experts, Leeds based ROCOL has developed the new online platform to improve the ‘customer journey’ so that users can source all the relevant information they require as easily as possible. The enhanced website provides access to all global distributors, product datasheets, technical information and much more – all through an easy to navigate channel.
New areas include the Knowledge Centre, showcasing ROCOL’s expertise in lubrication management and service and a dedicated newsroom that is integrated with social media for instant company, industry, product and event news. The Knowledge Centre featuring articles and advice across markets including metalworking, industrial, food, site safety, aerospace and marine and offshore, aims to help customers to get the most from their products, along with downloadable case studies, brochures and videos.
Aimed at providing a more insightful journey and educational experience, the new website has an improved search function enabling customers to find product information using general terms – market, product, brand – or by using a specific part code. Then they can go to the distributor area where they can choose a credible supplier from whom to buy.
