Monitran has launched six new
ranges of general purpose sensors. All
are available as top- or side-entry and
with integral cables or connectors.
Submersible and intrinsically safe versions are also available.
Devices in the 2200 range, for example, are suitable for vibration analysis. As standard they operate between ?80g, have a rapid response to shock loading and can withstand forces in excess of 10,000g. They have isolated AC outputs with sensitivities of 100mV/g ? though alternative sensitivities are available upon request. In addition, they have good bias voltage stability with typical drift no more than 3mV/degrees C with a bias voltage of 11.6V.
The new general purpose sensors are suitable for most industrial applications. For more bespoke tasks, Monitran has many special purpose sensors; including those for modal analysis, tri-axial accelerometers and devices with charge outputs.
