economical vibration protection for
low to medium speed machinery.
The Metrix 5550 meets all requirements for mechanical switches in a single, affordable weatherproof package, with optional IS hazardous area rating.
While it is essentially a simple mechanical switch, the Metrix 5550 can be supplied with local and remote reset options with an adjustable startup delay to ensure no false alarms.
Said to be well tested, the switch has been proven in tough applications including fin fans, heat exchanger and cooling tower fans, reciprocating compressors and engines.
