announced the acquisition by
its sister organisation, Atlas
Copco Nederland, of Cirmac
International.
Cirmac specialises in biogas upgrading systems for the renewable energy industry and supplies gas treatment systems for applications within oil, gas and chemical processes.
"The acquisition of Cirmac brings innovative developments in the important fields of gas treatment and biogas upgrading systems to Atlas Copco", commented Leen van Diggele, Atlas Copco UK MD, "and it will enable us to extend our offer of sustainable, renewable energy solutions."
