eSight Energy will be
showcasing a number of
enhancements to its energy
management suite eSight at
the Energy Solutions event at
Olympia (11th and 12th
October 2011).
New features include a Global Weather Service which can access and record weather data for more than 4000 global locations, making it simple to analyse energy consumption against local temperature, assess building energy efficiency and improve forecasting of future energy consumption.
The service is designed to make it easier for multi-site and multi-national organisations to compare energy use against accurate weather information including heating/cooling, degree days, dry bulb, wet bulb and relative humidity.
