The client, which produces caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide and other speciality chemicals, needed a contractor with extensive experience to manage the electrical control systems on site. Denca has based a fulltime technician at the site and monthly meetings help establish understanding of the company's day-to-day needs and facilitate forward planning, helping to minimise disruption from downtime. In addition to systems management, technical advice, planning and training, Denca provides ad hoc calibrations and instrumentation support services, control upgrades, equipment installation, manufacture of control panels and modifications to PLCs.
