The SnowEx SP9300 is one of the
latest additions to the SnowEx line
up of professional salt spreaders,
available from Broadwood
International.
With a 2300L capacity, the SP9300 is one of the largest trailed spreaders allowable within the 3500kg towing weight restrictions. It has a heavy duty poly hopper to eliminate corrosion, full length auger to allow continuous feeding of wet rock salt, and a vibrator to ensure material is consistently flowing to the bottom of the hopper. It is mounted on high spec twin axle road-legal chassis with over run brakes and lights. The incab controller allows infinite variation of application rate and spread width from 1.5 to 12m, while the optional Salt Traxx unit allows accurate recording of salt used. Data can then be downloaded to a PC.
