(BSI) has been granted membership
of the European Fire and Security
Group (EFSG) which means
manufacturers within the fire and
security sectors can now gain
internationally recognised product
certifications from a sole provider.
This new membership will save BSI clients time and money by reducing the need for duplicate testing, as BSI's test reports for fire alarm system standards (EN 54) will now be recognised by other EFSG members.
