At Southern Manufacturing 2012,
Gardner Denver (CompAir) will be
offering visitors practical advice on
some of the latest technologies that
can improve compressed air
efficiency.
Visitors will be able to benefit from a free air audit that will allow CompAir engineers to advise on how to improve air consumption. The engineers will be able to advise on energy efficiency, leak detection and heat recovery options.
With estimates showing that the cost of just one 3mm compressed air leak at 7-bar pressure could be as high as £1000 per year, a simple leak test will provide plant managers with information on where their compressed air system could be wasting energy and money. Stand P19
