Available from Michael Smith
Engineers, the White Ink pump joins
its Micropump range. The modified
GJ series Micropump was originally
designed for ink jet applications and
copes with titanium pigmented inks,
(those containing 7 micron titanium
particles).Wetted components are
'armour plated' to withstand
corrosive and abrasive fluids.
For solvent based fluids, the lightweight pump has metal gears with ceramic shafts and a pump head of hardened stainless steel. For water based fluids, hardened stainless steel body parts are titanium coated.
The leak-free magnet drive gear pumps provide flow rates of about 3L/min, generate maximum differential pressure of 5.6 bar and can be operated on liquids with viscosities to 1500cP.
