Forklift safety

As part of its year of safety - 'Taking Care with Toyota' - Toyota Material Handling UK has introduced a Forklift Safety Guide. The guide aims to address key areas of forklift safety to reduce risk and help to drive down costs in operation.

Marc Paxford, operator training manager, says: "The new guide is a fantastic resource to have available to managers and operators, it includes vital information on law and legislation, advice on operator training, tips on accident prevention, safety check lists and a basic reminder guide to stacking with both a forklift and a reach truck."
