Greenbank's new Cobalt
Screw Separation System
offers a reliable, cost-effective
method of extracting liquid
from a range of waste
product such as drinks from
cans, cream from cartons or
even the separation of soaps
from plastic packaging.
Aimed at customers who need to be certain of the safe destruction of branded products, the equipment also helps cut recycling costs.
National Account Manager Robin Evershed said: "Our new system not only provides the peace of mind of complete destruction of the product but also reduces the cost of recycling the waste packaging." Other benefits claimed include the ability to re-use the extracted liquid in the production process, reduction of transport costs and carbon footprint, possible recycling of separated packaging waste, secure disposal and in-house control of the process.
