3M has launched its V5
Face Shield System, a
versatile solution that
enables users to create
customised head and face
protection for a range of
different hazards and
applications.
For the first time, 3M face shields can be attached to a G3000 safety helmet by 3M.
The system uses the new V5 Face Shield Carrier, which allow the shields to simply 'snap' into the face shield carrier, making it quick and easy for the user.
The 5F-1 Polycarbonate Face Shield is rated A/BT in accordance with EN166:2001, providing protection against particles travelling at speeds to 190m/s and 120m/s in temperature from -5 to +55°C
