Additional benefits include flood/ immersion washing providing high standards of cleaning by full solution contact with all component surfaces, and a re-circulating heated spray rinse that achieves a good surface finish by removing detergent residues.
A Duo installed at Cambridgebased tool engineer, C4 Carbides, removes oil and dirt from the cuting edges of tools prior to adhering carbide and painting. Simon Peckham, project engineer says the company is now experiencing excellent cleaning results from the machine which is easy to maintain.
