For pneumatic applications
16 April 2014
The Eisele Basicline offers more than 3500 standard components for pneumatic applications.

The range comprises a mix of threaded and push-in connections, as well as hoses and accessories to cover many basic requirements for compressed air and vacuum applications.
The threaded connections of line 10 include diverse types and are made from anodised aluminium. These cover all normal environmental requirements with respect to temperature, pressure and humidity. The threaded connection with a 27mm OD was developed for fast, easy and secure connection of PVC compressed air hoses with a fabric insert and is said to be a reliable alternative to conventional solutions with a sleeve and hose clamp. Vibrations and frequent movement of the hose will not cause it to become loose and Eisele has ensured that the threaded connections are competitively priced.
For applications requiring good cleanability of the installation from outside or high resistance to aggressive ambient conditions, Eisele took advantage of the positive experiences with the Inoxline and added a stainless steel version of the 27mm connection. All metal parts are made of stainless steel 1.4305; the clamping ring between the union nut and the outside of the hose is made of polyoxymethylene (POM). On the other side of the connection, a cylindrical threaded section is used for on-site installation.
Diverse sealing rings can be installed, for example a spacer seal or the VS seal developed by Eisele.
The stainless steel threaded connection offers an alternative to a fixed pipe connection for supplying machines with compressed air and vacuum. Other potential applications are in automotive construction, packaging machines or assembly and handling technology. The connections of line 10 are designed for operating pressures of -0.95 to 10 bar and are therefore vacuum suitable. The permissible temperature range is from -10 to +60°C. Installation is easy: Simply push the union nut over the hose, then press the hose onto the banjo fitting as far as the mechanical stop and tighten the union nut to the collar. This can be done with an open-end spanner.
