Providing traceability

Technoset used to operate a manual-based system that had many paper-based records and which lacked a back-up system.

Datatrack helps achieve complete production traceability and accumulates data automatically as different process transactions are carried out. It records and reports on specific single and multiple material batch control data and builds a history of processes associated with components and assemblies. It works with Technoset's AS9100 auditors. 

The Process Layout module promotes discipline in Technoset's manufacturing process. It confirms the engineering definition of the component to be manufactured, provides drawing and issue number control, and confirms the requirements of the works order. The quality requirements of first-off and production parts are also controlled.
