Rising to baker's new build challenge
11 May 2015
Lorien Engineering Solutions has completed a major new build development for Cheshire-based independent bakery, Frank Roberts & Sons.

Lorien was appointed designer and contract administrator for the bakery, handling all aspects of the project from planning and building design through to utilities infrastructure and QS management. The contractor was John Sisk and Son.
It is the latest in a series of major investment projects that Lorien has managed for the Northwich based family business over the last six years. Previous investments managed and designed by Lorien include a multi-million pound four-phase project which added 3000m2 of floor space to the firm’s manufacturing base, enabling it to make a step change in its distribution facility and extend the product range.
Lorien’s Phil Colquhoun commented: "We are proud to have a long standing relationship with the team at Frank Roberts, delivering major projects on schedule and on budget.”
