Aerospace, automotive, motor sport, medical device and other demanding precision industries rely on the company’s metal heat treatments, PVD and PECVD coatings and vacuum brazing services.

Wallwork holds Nadcap approvals for heat treatment at its Manchester site and for coatings application at Cambridge. In addition, it has specific process approvals from aerospace majors such as Rolls Royce, BAe Systems, Airbus and Boeing. 

Coating development and production work are backed by materials science laboratories equipped to university research department standard and staffed by highly qualified scientists and technicians. Staff work closely with customers and can advise on the optimal treatment to achieve their technical and commercial goals.

National pick-up and delivery is provided from sites in Manchester, Birmingham and Cambridge using an in-house fleet of more than 35 vehicles.
