CPD accreditation
04 August 2015
Genquip Groundhog's service and maintenance training programme for Groundhog mobile welfare units is now CPD accredited.

The manufacturer of mobile and static welfare units worked in close liaison with training provider KJR Training to ensure that their programme is delivered to the very highest of standards.
CPD (Continuing Professional Development) combines different learning activities through which professionals develop their abilities and ensure they remain effective and increasingly capable. Undertaking training that is accredited by the CPD standards office means the individual will receive a universally recognised CPD certificate.
Genquip Groundhog believe that all owners and operators of Groundhog welfare units will benefit from professionally delivered maintenance training that covers all aspects of the Groundhog mobile welfare unit.
Genquip’s Peter Beach said: "Having a trained and informed depot staff will help to ensure that a welfare unit is properly prepared before each hire. Should any faults occur during the hire period, the knowledge gained from our course will mean that these can be swiftly rectified and with the minimum of disruption to a client."
Training courses can be held at either the Ground factory in South Wales or at a client’s own location. A team of apprentices from Pickerings Plant, a nationwide hirer of welfare units, recently benefited from receiving a CPD training course at the Groundhog factory.
