GenQuip, a South Wales based supplier of environmentallyfocussed mobile welfare facilities, has supplied 12 Groundhog GP360D units to Wernick Hire, supplier of portable and modular accommodation for hire.

The Groundhog Mobile Welfare Unit GP360D is a lightweight and compact towable unit that meets all current HSE regulations and provides on-site cooking, washing, storage and sanitary needs in one small package.

Network rail approved, the unit is easily towed, and provides welfare facilities for up to six persons.

Wernick Hire opted for units with GenQuip's sliding entrance door.

The Groundhog GP360D is fitted out with a microwave oven, kettle, wall-mounted heater, and warm water washing facilities. There is a self-contained toilet area and separate drying room. An integral 6kVA super-silenced generator provides power to the unit. There is an option for a docking port at the rear helping to secure items of plant, such as compressors, lighting tower and tool boxes.
