Fischbein's Air Evacuation unit deals with ballooning of bags which can be an issue when palletising. Air can be extracted at a set speed and volume to ensure a product is packed neatly and tightly.  Alternatively if budgets are tight, for low to medium packing projects, the TTS500 table top sealer can be selected. This cost effective sealing solution can offer pet food companies looking to launch a new-smaller product line the flexibility to meet customer demand, with minimal capital expenditure.

For higher grade packing lines with complex bag structures the Tape Over Sealer offers a dual sealing-sewing capability to reduce bag leakage.  First the bag top is closed by sewing  and a hot melt or PVC glue tape is heated and applied over the bag top. The inner liner or coating can be activated and sealed, offering a sift-proof, assured bag closure. Stand B30
