Available from Fischbein Saxon, the Bag Placer BP 250 eliminates the need for manually hanging and holding bags, or reforming them into the closing machine, freeing the machine’s operator for other tasks and speeding up the overall bagging process.
The bag top is controlled during the entire operation, offering complete bag control which is particularly important for unstable products such as fine powders, potatoes and coal.
The BP250 comes as standard with adjustable bag magazine for a variety of bag sizes, dust extraction bag spout with pnuematic bag clamps, bag reforming fingers on the spout to eliviate the need for the operators to perform this task, and mobile bag guides to clamp and support the bag. Capable of 15t/h, depending on bag size, the BP250 can speed up the overall bagging process, while reducing labour costs.
