Fischbein-Saxon Band Sealers
SB3000 and SB4000 replace Saxon
Band 15 and 20 to provide state-ofthe-
art machines. Band sealers use
the principle of conduction, where
fixed heating elements heat the bags
by direct contact through a pair of
bands. These bands have high
thermal conductivity and move in
perfect synchronisation with
transport belts. The width of the seal
with the new model is 14mm.
Compared to previous models, the SB3000 and SB4000 offer increased life time, easy set-up and require low maintenance. Their high power lets users seal thick bags at high speeds.
Features include a new mainframe with a simplified design and stainless steel construction. A VFD speed controller (standard) and electric column provide flexibility.
