Chance to celebrate 'generation great'

The engineering and advanced manufacturing sectors are being invited to celebrate 'generation great', at the Semta Skills Awards 2017.
Nominations are now open for the 9 key categories – Apprentice of the Year (sponsored by MBDA UK Ltd), Higher Apprentice of the Year (Sponsored by Rolls-Royce plc), Graduate of the Year (sponsored by Airbus), Skills Champion of the Year (sponsored by BAE Systems plc), Skills Innovation of the Year (sponsored by GetMyFirstJob), SME Investment in Skills (sponsored by Jaguar Land Rover) , Training Partner of the Year (sponsored by EAL), Technician of the Year (sponsored by The Royal Academy of Engineering) and Diversity in Engineering supported by WISE
Firmly established as a key date in the calendar and recognised as industry’s night of the year – the Semta Skills Awards, to be held at London’s Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, on Wednesday March 8th, are considered to be the most prestigious of the year.
Those wishing to nominate themselves, a colleague or a business should go to www.semta.org.uk/skillsawards and complete their online application before nominations close at Midnight on Wednesday November 30th.
