Show debut
25 May 2018
SafeStart, the advanced safety awareness programme, will exhibit at Safety & Health Expo. Larry Wilson, CEO of SafeStart and creator of the programme will also be in attendance.

SafeStart addresses everyday safety issues experienced by managers including human error, recurring injuries, lack of employee engagement, and the perceived conflict between production and safety. Instead of focusing on the hazard, SafeStart focuses on the state of mind that the individual is in and how this could lead to an incident occurring. The states of mind are rushing, frustration, fatigue and complacency. The programme addresses this state-to-error risk pattern, providing key skills and techniques to minimise errors that are responsible for more than 95% of all injuries.
The initiative helps companies go beyond compliance and simultaneously improve not only safety but overall performance, employee engagement, culture, home safety and business results.
