Heat Exchange Group's clients welcome new approach
30 May 2023
HEAT EXCHANGE Group has seen its global Plate Heat Exchange (PHE) service business increase significantly after launching its all-encompassing Service Partner Agreement.

The company's Service Partner Agreement is a document that is produced collaboratively with clients across a range of industry sectors including healthcare, food and drink and industrial. It is produced by Heat Exchange Group's PHE Service team listening carefully to clients' requirements to enable them to create a highly individualised proposal.
It covers a wide range of elements of service delivery including a very detailed scope of work, how the project will be planned and documented, transparent pricing, guaranteed response times and contact details for the client’s team at Heat Exchange Group.
"Although we have always produced detailed proposals for our clients, our new Service Partner Agreement has taken us up a league in our industry and makes us significantly stand out against the competition in our market," said Neil Ford, group service sales director at Heat Exchange Group.
"Time and time again clients have told us that they have been wanting a more comprehensive view on what they will be getting from their suppliers for a long time. Our recent success has shown that our approach is exactly what they were looking for."
