Maintec confirms Safetykleen as Event Partner
05 February 2021
MAINTEC, THE UK's only dedicated exhibition for Industrial, Buildings & Supply Chain Maintenance Engineering, is pleased to announce that Safetykleen has signed up as an Event Partner.

Taking place on Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 November at the NEC Birmingham, 2021 will see Maintec expand its focus to attract major buyers from the industrial maintenance, buildings maintenance and transport and supply chain maintenance sectors.
Already established as the UK’s premier national show for the maintenance, reliability and asset management industry, Maintec’s new wider offering will provide interest for the most diverse cross-sector engineering visitor audience of any maintenance engineering event in the UK.
Preparations for Maintec are well under-way, and the organisers are working hard to ensure the event will be COVID-secure and that delegates’ and exhibitors’ safety is put first. The government has already successfully rolled out nearly 10 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and is well on course to have vaccinated the whole population by the autumn. This means that Maintec will be one of the first events able to open its doors safe in the knowledge that the vaccine will have been successfully offered to the delegates.
During the pandemic, the maintenance and engineering sector has been working tirelessly and developing a raft of new and exciting products and services. Maintec will be a celebration of the industry’s latest innovations and collaborations. Exhibitions like Maintec also offer a chance to kick-start the economy as it will enable visitors to network and engage with the latest innovations on offer from 50+ leading brands exhibiting at the event.
Maintec is billed as a must-attend event for anyone responsible for industrial or building maintenance; many buildings and machines have been left idle during the national lockdowns and, via its wide range of exhibitors and informative conference programme, Maintec will offer key advice on how to ensure these are safely and efficiently maintained after people return to work.
The latest leading brand to support Maintec by signing up as an Event Partner, Safetykleen, is the world’s leading provider of parts washing, surface treatment and chemical application services. The company has nearly 50 years of experience, offering a wide range of solutions to address the needs of its customers. Its parts cleaning services combine state-of-the-art machine models with its specially formulated chemistries, as well as an all-inclusive approach to servicing, waste management and compliance, to create a solution that is fully tailored to its customers.
Commenting on the announcement Safetykleen head of marketing, Harold, de Vries said: “The opportunity to join as Event Partner, being the UK market leader in providing full service parts cleaning solutions, means Maintec is the right event to showcase our expertise and new solutions.
“Safetykleen serves manufacturing and MRO customers across many different industries, which form the audience of Maintec. It is a great match and we look forward to the event in November.”
