RS and Data Centre Trade Association launch Data Centre Uptime Survey
29 May 2026
WANT TO have your say in a new industry-leading report about data centres? Here is your chance.

RS UK&I has partnered with the Data Centre Trade Association (DCA) to launch the first UK and Ireland Data Centre Uptime Survey, highlighting one of the industry’s most critical but often overlooked areas, indirect procurement and MRO (maintenance, repair and operations).
In an industry where every minute of uptime matters, the ability to source essential parts quickly and efficiently can have a direct impact on operational resilience, risk management and service continuity.
The report aims to give the industry a clearer picture of how procurement teams, engineers and operations leaders are managing uptime pressures, supply availability, and maintenance demands across increasingly complex data centre environments. Insights gathered from the survey will help build a benchmark for the sector.
The survey is open until 7 June 2026, takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete, and as a thank you for participating there is a prize draw to win one of 10 £50 Amazon vouchers.
