Shortlisted for cleaning award
25 February 2019
TC Facilities Management (TCFM) has reached the final stages of the Corporate Social Responsibility category, CSSA awards 2019 for its work with the British Heart Foundation.
The winners will be announced next month at an invitation only lunch event, taking place during the Cleaning Show on Wednesday 20th March, 2019, in London.
The CSSA awards recognise and reward excellence and effectiveness across many sectors of the UK Contract Cleaning Industry – products, systems, contractors, and individuals. The awards are run for the industry, by the industry, and voted for by industry experts.
TCFM’s approach to working with the British Heart Foundation has not only helped them raise funds for their life-saving research through providing specialist cleaning services in their Furniture and Electrical stores across the country, it has seen the many thousands of colleagues at TCFM only a hair-breath away from achieving their annual fundraising challenge of £5K. This has taken them just over four months, since the National Charity agreement started in September.
Tony Reed, CEO for TCFM commented: “We’re overjoyed to have been shortlisted for these awards that recognises our commitment to making a difference in people’s lives by the services we deliver as well as playing our part in helping to beat heartbreak forever.“
Millie Coulter, regional fundraising manager for BHF, says: “Being shortlisted for the CSSA awards is a fantastic achievement for TC Facilities Management and recognises how much they care about helping us achieve our aim of beating heartbreak forever. The results they have provided with their professional cleaning services has made a significant difference. Now, having gone one step further in creating a national charity partnership with us and seeing the speed with which the team have worked together to achieve their £5K challenge, has made us feel even more excited about the future of working with TCFM.”
