UKMHA calls for Archies Sponsorship
28 February 2022
UKMHA THE trade body for the material handling industry, formed by the merger of the British Industrial Truck Association (BITA) and the Fork Lift Truck Association (FLTA), seeks sponsors for its inaugural Archies awards.

Scheduled for Saturday 15 October at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, The Archies 2022 celebrates the impressive achievements of companies and individuals from across the materials handling sector in a lavish awards ceremony.
“The Archies is an evolution of the prestigious Awards for Excellence, drawing on its long history and reputation in the material handling world,” said Tim Waples, chief executive of UKMHA.
“The Awards were created to recognise both the excellence in the industry, but also the excellence of the industry. We are inviting you to join us on this momentous occasion as we launch our first UKMHA event.
“We are offering a number of coveted sponsorship opportunities and we are pleased to say we have already received a great deal of support. Some key names have made sponsorship pledges, but it’s not too late to get involved and a few spots remain available.
“Varied sponsor options are available that will provide invaluable continuous exposure over the entire promotional calendar before, during, and after the event. Sponsorship is an unmissable opportunity to showcase your brand in the press as well as on the night in front of hundreds of attendees, including representatives and decision makers from every part of the industry.”
On top of the new name and new look The Archies is introducing some exciting changes to the format.
“We have added new categories this year to highlight every aspect of the sector, from manufacturers to dealers and end users,” added Tim Waples. “This offers more opportunities to sponsor a category that resonates with your business and aligns with your values. Categories are going fast, so we are encouraging anyone interested in becoming a sponsor or a supporter to act quickly.”
