InVMA acquires the Intellectual Property and Assets of IoT communications company AMIHO Technology Limited

InVMA – the leading PTC IoT partner and ThingWorx System Integrator – is pleased to announce that it has acquired the Intellectual Property and other Assets of AMIHO Technology of Cambridge and that AMIHO’s key personnel will be joining a new product division of InVMA.

Chesterfield, Derbyshire. 24th July, 2018: InVMA – the leading PTC IoT partner and ThingWorx System Integrator – is pleased to announce that it has acquired the Intellectual Property and other Assets of AMIHO Technology of Cambridge and that AMIHO’s key personnel will be joining a new product division of InVMA.
AMIHO Technology was founded in 2009 to solve the problem of connectivity for the smart energy industry. Their intellectual property is a series of wireless RF modules, protocol stacks and evaluation kits. The new division will offer professional design services to help customers integrate the IP technology into their products to enable them to robustly connect on the LoRA and M-Bus protocols.
