What can you do to protect your staff while working at height?
28 May 2019
Employers and those in control of any work at height activity are required to make sure all tasks are properly planned, supervised and carried out by competent staff. Appropriate training is therefore essential to make workers aware of the dangers and minimise the risk of injuries.

Despite the common sentiment, this training doesn’t have to be time-consuming, boring or expensive.
Breaking the topic down into easy-to-follow sections and providing examples of best practice creates a course which helps ensure that everyone understands their responsibilities and how to stay safe. When selecting the training, look out for those that combine information from the Working at Height Regulations 2005 and the accompanying HSE guidance document.
Interactive eLearning courses, such as iHASCO’s Working at Height Training provide an engaging overview of legal responsibilities, risks and how to choose the right equipment. Contact iHASCO today to arrange a free trial.
