HV & LV Electric Boilers

HV Electrode Boilers are bespoke solutions to suit the site needs and electrical infrastructure. Typically 50:1 turndown, they can ramp from hot standby to full output in under 60 seconds. Boiler design pressures from 10 barg up to 85 barg depending on size.
Boiler standard range:
- 6kV (5, 10, 20, 30, 40MW)
- 10-17.5kV (5, 15, 30, 45, 60MW
- 17.5kV-24kV (25, 50, 75MW)
The LV-Pack resistance low-voltage industrial electric boiler has steam outputs from 600 kg/h to 8400 kg/h and a design pressure of up to 18 barg.
