Air-powered sander

3M has added an air-powered in-line sander to its range of tools.

Combined with the 3M abrasive product range, it delivers a complete system for refining and finishing stainless steel.

The two models in the range feature a powerful 1HP air motor that provides high torque performance resulting in constant speed under load. The compact design, with a fully adjustable side handle collar, improves operator control. 3M's Greptile Gripping Material is said to provide a secure grip with less effort, while an adjustable multi-directional exhaust feature allows airflow to be directed away from the operator.
