Standardised maintenance

HBM is now offering standardised software maintenance for all its software packages including the different catman versions (catmanEasy and catmanAP), Perception and nCode GlyphXE analysis software. The software maintenance contracts provide direct access to HBM's support facilities offering rapid answers to all common questions. Users benefit from rapid upgrades with new functionality or to the latest operating systems, along with swift access to the latest bug fixing modifications. Users get a priority update version of their software immediately. The contract is charged at an annual fee inclusive of all features. Discounts are available for maintenance contracts purchased before September 30, 2010. Software maintenance for the first year is included with the new purchase of any HBM software package.
