Suitable for a wide range of standard
industrial pH applications including
water, food, textiles and chemicals,
ABB's AP300 pH/Redox sensors
combine measurement, reference
and temperature compensation
elements in a single unit.
The sensor versions available are insertion probe, dip-type immersion and in-line flow-through, enabling users to cover diverse applications.
Sensors operate at up to 105°C and 6bar.Within the robust outer casing, the electrolyte is a mediaresistant gel, which is faced with PTFE liquid junction. The PTFE junction is suitable for most applications and is especially resistant to fouling when used in conjunction with a flat glass element.
The AP300 has a double junction construction which helps extend the life of the sensor by protecting the reference electrode from poisoning.
Its integral temperature compensator offers accuracy and speed of response. The temperature sensor is located at the tip of the AP300 together with the measuring and reference electrodes.
