Access equipment provider, Zarges
is launching a re-designed
Sherpascopic height adjustable work
platform with a host of new and
improved features.
Height adjustment for the new Sherpascopic is based on a gravity latch located at the level of the users' hands; replacing the previous 'twist and lock' method; the new system is easier to reach and more intuitive to use.
The new stabiliser legs feature a telescopic mechanism that allows them to be used on uneven surfaces; when opened the stabilisers face inwards towards the platform thus optimising stability during use. The new guardrail system includes an automatically closing gate, providing the user with 360° protection from falls.
Now available in three sizes, providing a height range from 2.78 to 4.25m, each model has been made significantly lighter - the seven to nine tread model now weighs 5kg less - making the Sherpascopics even easier to handle and transport.
