coated welding wires are said
to offer significant improvements in
productivity and quality , enabling
users to cut the cost of manual,
mechanised or robotic welding.
The wires are available in 15 different grades for use with normal strength, high-strength, creepresistant and weather-resistant steels.
There is also a broad choice of wire diameters.
Featuring ESAB's Advanced surface Characteristics, OK AristoRod resists corrosion during storage and handling and is said to avoid problems of build-ups on feed units, liners and guns.
ESAB believes tip wear to be as low as that experienced with the best copper-coated wires, and says the feeding force is low.
