Your chance to find out how an operator asset care programme
(OAC) can bring about a change of attitude
An Operator Asset Care Programme is based on the principle that the people operating equipment, on a daily/regular basis, are the ones most capable of improving equipment reliability and performance. Their understanding of the process and their feedback can be a valuable resource for the continuous improvement of manufacturing performance and reliability. It can also relieve the burden on technicians who can then spend more time on Continuous Improvement and planned and predictive maintenance activities.
MCP has seen a surge in demand recently for companies looking to implement an Operator Asset Care Programme. With the growing mechanization and automation of manufacturing plants and processes increasing the demands on maintenance and operations management and resources, there is now greater emphasis on the operator looking after the equipment on the production line.
OAC Introductory Workshop October 25th 2011
Now take advantage of MCP's 1 day introductory workshop on Operator Asset Care. Here together with your business peers you will improve your knowledge and understanding of the principles and implementation of Operator Asset Care.
