Ultimo strengthens commitment to French market with OnSpark strategic partnership

05 September 2025

A unified approach to digital maintenance transformation promises faster ROI and higher user adoption across France and other French-speaking regions

ENTERPRISE ASSET Management (EAM) software provider Ultimo, an IFS company, has signed a joint-selling partnership agreement with OnSpark, a fast-growing French consulting firm.

Under the terms of the agreement and with immediate effect, customers in France, Luxembourg and the French-speaking regions of Switzerland will be able to access cutting-edge process optimisation and EAM technology through a single, collaborative relationship.

Combined Expertise Enhances Digital Maintenance

This partnership fills a significant gap in the French EAM market by combining OnSpark's deep asset management optimisation expertise, as well as its in-depth cultural understanding, with Ultimo's modern, scalable platform specifically designed for asset-intensive industries. Since its founding in 2023, OnSpark has grown rapidly to a team of over 20 consultants, supporting over 100 customers throughout their digital maintenance transformation journey using tried-and-tested methodologies.

"This partnership presents a significant opportunity for organisations in France, Luxembourg, and Switzerland," said James Mansfield, global channel director at Ultimo. "By combining OnSpark's flexible approach and in-depth regional knowledge with Ultimo's powerful EAM platform, we are providing a complete solution for achieving excellence in digital maintenance.

"OnSpark's process-first methodology complements our technological capabilities perfectly, and we are excited about the joint value this collaboration will bring to customers in French-speaking markets."

Accelerating Operational Efficiency Journey

Both companies share a customer-first philosophy, prioritising business needs over technological features. Under the co-selling agreement, OnSpark is responsible for consultancy, implementation, and project management, while Ultimo provides a robust, Cloud-based EAM solution and technical authority.

This collaborative model delivers a fast return on investment (ROI) through quick deployment and high user adoption, thanks to intuitive design and long-term value as solutions scale with business maturity.

"We are delighted to be partnering with Ultimo, whose modern EAM platform is a natural fit for our expertise in digital maintenance transformation," stated Romain Schwartz, co-founder and CEO of OnSpark."Thanks to this collaboration, our clients will have access to state-of-the-art technology, agile development capabilities and comprehensive implementation services through a single point of contact, enabling them to significantly accelerate their journey towards greater operational efficiency and improved asset performance."

Now that the partnership has been established, the next steps are to complete OnSpark's technical certification process and launch joint marketing campaigns to promote the combined offering to the French-speaking market.
