Rockwell Automation has published an updated version of its Safebook series. Titled 'Safebook 4 - Principles of Machine Safety: Legislation, Theory and Practice', this updated booklet now incorporates more information on two standards - EN ISO 13849-1 and IEC/EN 62061 - which can be referenced instead of EN 954-1.
It includes application examples with performance level calculations and offers guidance on the principles of machine safety, relevant standards and methods of safety implementation.
