The activities of Erich Haagen comprise the marketing and sale of a wide range of equipment parts and services mainly in bearing technology, power transmissions, sealing technology and maintenance products. The company serves mainly the industrial maintenance market (MRO). The acquisition is in line with ERIKS' strategy of expanding its activities with new product lines and further expanding its local presence in Germany.
