Using re-useable pallets and dollies can create efficiencies in both the transportation and accessibility of products, according to LINPAC Allibert. The company offers a compact Universal Pallet and Universal Dolly which are used by many in the supply chain.

Simon Knights, commercial director, explains: "With a footprint of just 800 by 600mm, the Universal Pallet and Dolly are ideal for any application where speed is essential and space is at a premium. They are frequently used to transport products, parts and components straight from supplier to warehouse or factory floor without double handling." Made from polypropylene, the robust Universal Dolly safely handles loads of up to 500kg; the Universal Pallet can stack two high carrying 500kg - a combined load of 1t on the bottom pallet.
