Flexible thermal and acoustic insulation producer, Armacell UK, has achieved BuildingConfidence accreditation following a rigorous audit process to check that it meets the scheme's requirements in areas such as: product integrity, health & safety, environment & sustainability plus ethics and values.

The company's flexible, foamed rubber tubes and sheets are used to insulate pipes and ductwork, but also come into their own in industrial applications. They are said to prevent condensation forming, absorb sound and vibrations and protect installations against energy losses.
