Nilfisk have unveiled ‘Total Care’ an all encompassing service solution for contract cleaners.

Nilfisk worked with contractors across Europe to better understand their every day needs, and built a support package based on cleaning excellence, service level assurance and financial flexibility.
Critical to cleaning excellence is a site review in which Nilfisk provides a detailed fleet management overview, recording machine location and service cost.
Using the machine selector tool contractors can determine the total cost of cleaning and select the lowest cost option.
If an incorrect machine is recommended, Nilfisk will move the machine to a new location or exchange it.
Central to the Total Care package is an 'always on time' guarantee that sees machines within the closer to market contractor range delivered within 72 hours.
Financial flexibility enables contractors to choose from traditional machine purchase, lease, long term and short term rental options.
